Nice people working here. It's pretty quiet. Bed is comfortable. Nothing fancy. Has a microwave and mini fridge. Older place, but good.
Family friendly motel The mom and pop who own the place are very friendly. Homely. The family room with three beds was amazing Comfy beds, clean rooms, good price Conveniently located off the freeway yet walking/biking distance to lake. Close to the amphitheater.
Easy access to everything. Rooms are being updated and painted. Hosts are beyond helpful and wonderful, accommodating. There are Family - 3 beds available for a fair price. Microwave and Refrigerator. Clean.
The room was big enough to accommodate our family which was a plus for us all to stay together! The gal who greeted me & checked us in was kind & accommodating. The room was okay, needed updating. The sheets & bedding were clean & that was important. The room could have been cleaned better, out feet & socks were filthy from the floor....I took wipes & cleaned it in some areas & it wasn't the cleanest. The wall vinyl squares above the shower stall were falling off the wall as if taped there. There was hair in the bathroom & tub. I don't think the room & condition itself was worth near what I paid for 1 night, but the pro to stay all together made it worth it.

If you’re looking for a no-fuss, relaxing stay with a personal touch, this place is a great pick. Sometimes the best stays are in the places that feel like home—and this one definitely did.
Very clean rooms, housekeeping twice a week. Staff is amazing and willing to accomidate anything you may need. I checked everywhere in town and this was the best bang for your buck. You won't find a better, cleaner room in Moses Lake for this price. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the best state park swimming hole less than 2-mins away. 7-Stars.
Loved this place!! Both people at the front desk were so friendly! Also there is no breakfast but we still got a cup of coffee and some donuts. This place has a family room with 3 queen beds, which is almost unheard of but is so perfect for our family. Overall the price was affordable for a great experience.. Will definitely book again. Thank you!!
We have stayed here several times over the years. Hotel is off I-90. Older hotel, but the owners are hands on in keeping up and improving the property. Property is clean, staff is friendly and accommodated our requests. Room was clean and inviting with a sofa, mini fridge, microwave, and a good size TV. Our room had an over sized tub which was nice. AC worked perfectly. We will stay here again.
